Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will grant you complete command over your e-mail boxes and mailing lists. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a brand new email box account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward electronic mails from one email box account to another, finetune email filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your mailbox accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your mailbox accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages according to specific criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Just choose the email account you wish to redirect email messages from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the mail client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email box accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
